All Divisions of Office of the Lieutenant Governor to Resume In-Person Service at New Location

United States Virgin Islands Office of the Lieutenant Governor

Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq. informs the public that effective Monday, July 20, all divisions of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on St. Thomas, formerly located at the Builders Emporium, in Estate Thomas, will resume in-person operations at their new location at Nisky Center.

“We thank the public for their patience as our divisions were being re-located to their new locations at Nisky Center on St. Thomas. The move serves as an opportunity for us to now house all but one division of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor in one location. Our Notary Division still remains at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor at No. 18 Kongens Gade,” said Roach.

In-person services for the Office of the Tax Assessor, Recorder of Deeds, Division of Corporations and Trademarks, and cashier services that were temporarily halted will resume at 9 a.m., Monday, July 20. Business hours for all divisions of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Nisky Center will now house the following St. Thomas divisions:

Nisky Center Suite 1B, Ground Floor (former Immigration Office, facing Sub Base)

Division of Real Property Tax: Office of the Tax Assessor and Cadastral Unit

Office of the Tax Collector

Recorder of Deeds

Nisky Center Suite 2, First Floor

Division of Corporations and Trademarks

Nisky Center Suite 2A, First Floor

V.I. Passport Acceptance Facility Center

Nisky Center Suite 200, Second Floor
