Viya, the premier telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, extends Virgin Islands Carnival greetings to the people of the territory.
Viya offices on St. Thomas and St. John will be closed on Friday, April 30, to commemorate this year’s virtual festivities. Viya offices on St. Croix will be open.
Viya’s Customer Experience Centers will resume normal business hours on Saturday, May 1.
Customers are encouraged to conduct transactions, at their convenience, including during holidays, using Viya’s online customer care and payment portal: www.viya.vi. St. Thomas and St. John customers who need assistance during the Friday holiday closure may contact the St. Croix office for assistance at 777-Viya (8492).
