Fugitive Wanted Out of Ohio Now in Custody

A man who was wanted out of the state of Ohio was arrested at Cyril E. King Airport Sunday, the V.I. Police Department reported.

An investigation revealed that Brandon O. Carter, 31, was wanted out of the State of Ohio for having weapons while under disability and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, according to the police report.

Carter was arrested charged with fugitive from justice and no bail was set in this matter, the police report stated. 

This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
