SUMMONS

To:  “John Doe”, being all unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of Theresa Ann Derhodes, a/k/a Teresa Ann Derhodes, and all persons claiming a right, title, lien, estate or interest in Unit No. 3110, Week No. 05-E, an Even Year Biennial Unit Week, in the Virgin Grand Villas – St. John Condominium located in the portion of real property described as Remainder Parcel No. 479 Estate Chocolate Hole, No. 11 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands

         Within the time limited by law (see note below) you are hereby required to appear before this Court and answer to a complaint filed against you in this action and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment by default will be taken against you as demanded in the Complaint, for

DEBT, FORECLOSURE OF LIEN AND BREACH OF CONTRACT.
