VI Department of Labor to Temporarily Close Offices for Facility Improvements

United States Virgin Islands Department of Labor

Commissioner Gary Molloy informs the public that the Virgin Islands Department of Labor’s St. Thomas location at 2353 Kronprindsens Gade, St. Thomas, VI 00802, will be temporarily closed from noon, Friday, June 28 until Friday, July 5. Both the St. Thomas and St. Croix offices will be closed to observe the holidays on July 3 and July 4.

During this period of closure, in-person services will be suspended. However, the department will remain committed to assisting customers via phone and virtual platforms. The St. Croix office will also remain open and available for assistance.

This closure is necessary to facilitate ongoing build-out efforts aimed at enhancing conditions for staff and customers. Ensuring the safety of the staff and the public is the department’s top priority during this time.

In-person services will resume at 8 a.m., Monday, July 8. We look forward to providing an improved environment to better serve the community’s needs.
