The Virgin Islands Police Department wishes to inform community members that on Tuesday and Wednesday, no parking will be allowed on Strand Street, Frederiksted, between Hill Street and Market Street from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. for the TSK Folklife Festival.
