Be advised that the Board of Elections will be conducting testing of the ExpressVote and DS200 Voting Machines that will be utilized during Primary Early Voting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 10, at the Elections System of the Virgin Islands offices on St. Croix and St. Thomas:

Early Voting for the 2024 Primary Election is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, to Tuesday, July 23, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., daily on St. Croix and St. Thomas. Early voting on St. John is scheduled for Saturday, July 20, to Tuesday, July 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The Early Voting locations are:
- District of St. Croix Elections Office
- District of St. Thomas-St. John – St. Thomas Elections Office
- District of St. Thomas-St. John – St. John Elections Office – Market Place Suite II
