The St. Thomas Division of Personnel has moved to the St. Croix Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs.

For immediate assistance, contact the St. Croix Office location of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs at 713-3522. The department can also be reached at the DLCA Scam Line number: 727-7226. If an individual has internet capabilities, the DLCA encourages customers to avoid the line at the office and utilize the website at www.dlca.vi.gov.

The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs thanks the public for its patience and apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary relocation may cause.
