Browne FestiVille Schedule Finally Released

Dec. 28, 2006, — The entertainment schedule for "Browne FestiVille" — the Crucian Christmas Festival Village — has finally been released by the committee. Despite the lateness, the entertainment and music slated for the rest of the Festival season is sure to keep residents and visitors in the festival spirit.
The Village opened on Dec. 26. For the rest of the season, steel pan, calypso and quelbe bands and other cultural entertainers will be performing nightly on the Village stage.
Here is the complete Village schedule:
— Friday, Dec. 29:
8 11 p.m. Digital Band
11 2 a.m. Image Band

— Saturday, Dec. 30:
Cultural Night begins with a Quelbe Tramp at 8 p.m. with Jamsie and the All Stars from the Frederiksted Post Office.
7:30 8 p.m. Masqueraders in the Festival Village
8 11 p.m. Bully and the Kaffooners with the Heritage Dancers
11 p.m. 2 a.m. Native Rhythm Band
