The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) San Juan is collaborating with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 2 to provide a series of webinars discussing important topics related to preparing for this year’s hurricane season. The first of the series of webinars will be offered this week in both English and Spanish to talk about “Formation, Climatology and Hazards Associated with Tropical Cyclones.”
