Rothschild Francis, civil rights activist and labor leader, is the subject of an upcoming lecture. The lecture is entitled “Rothschild Francis’ Fight for Virgin Islanders’ Civil Rights and Self-Government in an Age of U.S. Expansion, 1917-1931” and the presenter is historian, author and educator Megan Forbes.
