Ridge to Reef Farm’s (R2R) next Slow Down Dinner will take place on Thursday, March 16, featuring Chef Lori Dudkin, her Gifft Hill culinary students and Chef Michael Matthew, the R2R house chef. The culinary students will be preparing all week on the farm for this special dinner.
6 p.m. – Special Pre-dinner CSA field farm tour and 6:45 p.m. – Slow Down Dinner. Suggested donations for this event are $60-100 per person in cash or check. Please also bring cash for gratuity for your farmer/servers and kitchen staff. You must call to make a reservation.
