Proposed Use: A commercial building for various tenants

Petition of Lionel A. Warrell — To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-6 from R-2 (residential-low density — one and two family) to C (commercial) for Parcel No. Remainder 30C Estate Elizabeth, No. 81 Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas

Proposed Use: The applicant’s intent is to develop the scenic lookout for business use with retail (a gift shop) and concessions sate of food.

     Petition of Lennard and Pamela Finley — To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 from R-3 (residential — medium density) to B-2 (business secondary/neighborhood) with a use variance for a billboard for Parcel No. 6D Estate Thomas, New Quarter, St. Thomas

Proposed Use: The applicant intends to erect a billboard and construct two two-story buildings for office and retail use.
