Scotiabank will host the next St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours at its Altona branch. There will be complimentary hors d’oeuvres, door prizes, the Famous Chamber $3 Bar and a 50/50 raffle.

Members of the St. Thomas-St. John Federation of Teachers will celebrate 50 years of national affiliation with a grand gala. Honored guests will include the union’s past presidents -- Hugo Dennis, Glen J. Smith, Vernelle S. deLagarde and Avery Lewis. The union also will recognize the charter members and past Executive Council members.
