Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) will convene a special meeting via video conference. The meeting will be held in VIBE offices. VIBE may go into executive session at any time during the meeting to discuss certain matters as permitted or required by Virgin Islands law.

St. John’s Barefoot Minister Anne Marie Porter invites married couples to celebrate Valentine’s Day by renewing their marriage vows. Over1,300 couples have participated in this free and fun event. No pre- enrollment is necessary.

The Virgin Islands Audubon Society presents Gail Karlsson speaking about “Butterflies and Moths Around St. John.” She will present photos and information about different types of moths and butterflies, including how to tell the difference between them, how they develop through their life cycles, and how they interact with local trees and plants.

Rural Development, VISBDC (V.I. Small Business Development Center) will hold an Energy and Value-Added Producer’s Workshop. Rural Development, VISBDC will be discussing its energy programs and value-added producer’s program. This will be an information sharing workshop to detail the grant assistance available to community members.

Payroll Vault will host the next St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours. The evening will feature complimentary hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, the Famous Chamber $3 Bar, a 50/50 raffle and door prizes.

The Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Public Broadcasting System will meet at its temporary facility.

Legal Services of the Virgin Islands Inc. Board of Trustees will hold its board meeting. The public is invited to attend.

The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) will host a Student Convocation with Loretta E. Lynch, former United States attorney general. Chief Judge of the District Court Wilma A. Lewis invites the public to “An Evening with Loretta E. Lynch, 83rd Attorney General of the United States.” There is no admission fee to attend. Lynch was the first African-American female attorney general of the United States in U.S. history.
