Elections Offices Being Retrofitted, Soon to Open

Caroline Fawkes, supervisor of Elections, reported at the Board of Elections meeting Tuesday that the St. Croix Elections offices could be opened as soon as next week, if retrofits of the office are completed.

Bill Would Require Teachers to be Trained for K-3

A bill that would require educators teaching kindergarten through third grade to meet specific early childhood education requirements was approved by the Senate Rules and Judiciary Committee Thursday and sent on to the full body Senate.
