FINAL RESULTS IN FOR CHILDREN'S AND ADULTS' PARADE

'Last lap' may have been run for St. Thomas Carnival revelers, but the Carnival Committee had one final job to do. It promised the results from the parades on Tuesday and the committee came through.
The results from the Children's Parade:
