SUN MOUNTAIN FIDDLER CHECKS IN

To the editor:
Just want you to know that St Thomas Source is MY source for keeping up with what goes on down in my favorite islands. I just read Jean Etsinger's music reports on October Sunday–nice to read the history- and CDs from St Croix–got to get the new VIO!
The Sun Mountain Band will be back at the new Latitude 18, New Year's through Palm Sunday weekend. The new owner is Alex Barsela, who used to run Cafesito on the Charlotte Amalie waterfront, and Cafesito in Road Town, Tortola. He's a fine chef–I know because I once fiddled for his sister Shirin's birthday at the Tortola restaurant and Alex cooked us a FABULOUS meal.
