UNDER 15 3-GAME SERIES STARTS SATURDAY

April 19, 2001 – The Under 15 St. Thomas Youth Soccer "Peacemakers" will travel to St. Croix Saturday to play against the St. Croix Youth Soccer Association (STXYSA) Under 15 team at 10:30 a.m. at Vialco field.
These games will be the first of a series of three scheduled during the next month. The second in the series will be when STXYSA travels to St. Thomas for games on May 5. The third set of games in this Under 15 series will be played on May 19 in a 2 day tournament.
The Under 15 groups have not had much in the way of competition since the Thanksgiving Soccer Tournament on St. Thomas in November 2000, according to spokesperson Tanya Ward Benjamin.
Both teams (St. Thomas and St. Croix) are looking forward to the opportunity to practice skills learned over the past few months of practice, she said.
For additional information call Richard Kennedy of STXYSA at 773-0140.
