The monthly resident/management meeting of the V.I. Housing Authority on St. Thomas is scheduled for 7 p.m. May 17 in the VIHA Community Center in Estate Anna's Retreat. The agenda includes discussion of new leases, upcoming recertification, the Community Service/Sufficiency program and Senior Citizen Month activities.
