July 26,2002 – Delegate Donna Christian-Christiansen will be the keynote speaker at the Femily Resource Center's Annual Meeting at 12 noon on Saturday, July 27, at Palms Court Harbor View. the Delegate will give an update on the status of federal funding for victim advocacy agencies such as Family Resource Center.
