MAN FINED $1,000 FOR FISHING IN B.V.I. WATERS

The U.S. Virgin Islands should fine and jail people from the B.V.I. that enter the U.S.V.I. illegally.
The fine should be the same as the B.V.I. fines for fishing in their waters.
Let's have a B.V.I. illegal alien roundup.
