Jumbie Talk to Be Presented in Rain Forest

Jumbie Talk to Be Presented in Rain Forest
August 23, 2004 – CHANT, Crucian Heritage and Nature Tourism, is teaming with Mount Victory Camp, located in the Rain Forest, to present Jumbie Talk.
Jumbie stories will be told with a jumbie-story open mic. There will also be a country-hike under the moonlight.
Bruce and Mathilde will have a pig-roast with all the trimmings and a cash bar. This homage to the tradition will take place on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 6 p.m. going until "De Jumbie Dem Run We."
Bully and the Musical Kafooners will provide the music.
The public is invited. Tickets are $5 and $10.
