Writer Says Government Blatant in Disregard for Law

Dear Source,
If we had any slight reservations about the existence of corruption in the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands we have now received a very vivid picture about the administration’s blatant disregard for the V.I. Codes in their attempts to write wrong right to justify inexcusable violations of the procurement procedures stipulated in the V.I. Code of Laws.(See Governor Reverses Position on Procurement Bill).

Sincerely,
A.C. Petersen, Jr.
Frederiksted
