St. Croix Music and Dance Traditions Will Be Performed

St. Croix Music and Dance Traditions Will Be Performed
The Alton Adams Music Research Institute on St. Thomas and the Center for Black Music Research of Columbia College in Chicago will present a performance forum on St. Croix's music and dance traditions. It will be held at 7 p.m., on Friday, June 16, in the University of the Virgin Islands cafetorium, Kings Hill, St. Croix. Performances will include the Pearl B. Larsen Elementary School Quadrille Dancers, the St. Croix Educational Complex High School Quelbe Band, and Stanley and the Ten Sleepless Knights. The event is free to the public, and a reception will follow the performances.
