Commission on the Status of Women Will Hold Conference
The Commission on the Status of Women, WTJX and the Virgin Islands Department of Tourism will host a Women Speak Conference. Speakers from across the V. I., the United States and the Caribbean will convene to address women's issues in the 21st century. Paula Cox, the minister of finance from Bermuda, will deliver the keynote address. The event will be held from Aug. 24-26, at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort on St. Thomas.
