Nutrition Program to Conduct Food Service Training
The Virgin Islands Department of Education's State Office of Special Nutrition Programs in preparation of the 2006-2007 school year will conduct food service trainings from Aug. 21-25. All trainings will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 21, at Palm Courts Harbourview Hotel, St. Thomas
All district (St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix) directors, warehouse managers, nutrition program assistants, school program supervisors, and those responsible for inventory and cart checks
Tuesday, Aug. 22, at Edith Williams Alternative Program Site
Kitchen mangers and cooks.
Wednesday, Aug. 23, at Edith Williams Alternative Program Site
Food service workers, laborers and truck drivers.
