Solar Energy Can Be Part of the Solution

Dear Source:
It was good to finally hear the head of WAPA recognize that solar energy is a solution. However, I agree with Anna Clarke that for most of the customers installing solar capability on their private property is cost prohibitive. Why can't WAPA harness solar energy to cut its cost of generating power as part of the solution and either WAPA and/or the VI government give customers substantial financial assistance with installing solar grids on their own property to enable us to get off the current system as soon as possible? Let's keep the ideas flowing on solar. Surely, together, we can work out a viable resolution for all.
