A pencil can write anything you want it to write. As a retired budget manager for a Fortune 500 company, I have to laugh at this 'budget.'
While this government is shuffling funds around, why don't they consider paying their past due WAPA bills? Taxpayers are tired of having to work extra jobs to keep their lights on, and would in all likelihood not mind cutting off the lights in Government House.
