What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

Oct. 3, 2006 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 8. This Sunday we will feature Tom Petty, Del Castillo, Johnny Ramone, Fiona Boyes, the Pop Tarts and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is "Highway Companion," the latest solo release from roots-rocker Tom Petty.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "Brotherhood" by Texas rock band Del Castillo. This band deftly mixes Latin and rock, and if you like bands like Los Lobos and Los Lonely Boys, you will probably like the exciting sound of Del Castillo.
We celebrate the birthday of Johnny Ramone and feature live music from blues artists Joey Gilmore and the Billy Gibson Band, both of whom will be performing at the St. John Blues Festival next March.
We include music from the Pop Tarts, who will be among the artists appearing at October Sunday on Oct. 22, at Magens Bay Beach. All proceeds benefit the Family Resource Center. ,
We play new music from Crooked Still, Jerry Lee Lewis, blues artist Fiona Boyes, Red Molly and more
We also feature music from Mitch Ryder & the Detroit Wheels, Eric and Leon Bibb, Junior Brown, Alejandro Escovedo and more.

Tune in for a chance to win a copy of the live release "Otis Rush and Friends Live at Montreux." We also give away a copy of the newest release from folk artist, Jack Williams and a copy of the new release from Hootie & the Blowfish.
