Dear Source:
What does the P.S.C. stand for these days? P for Public? You think? S for Service? Or lack of service from the utility? C for Commission? I wonder what kind of commission. When calling the PSC will I get "you have entered your special public input request incorrectly?"
I am amazed that a public meeting was not held concerning a letter dated September 20, 2006 on letterhead of the PSC. Is the PSC just practicing their letter writing skills or what? Will the letter writer please stand up?
