Randolph Thomas Is Dead at 85

Nov. 16, 2006 Randolph Thomas, better known as "Knocker." Died on Nov. 12, at the age of 85.
He is survived by sons: Randolph "Boysie" Thomas Jr., Rudolph "Rudy," Theodore "Teddy" and David "Davey" Thomas; and daughters: Gwendolyn "Gwenie" Raymond, Brenda Thomas Curtis, June Thomas-Cashe, Audrey. L. Thomas and Eugenie "Jenney" Thomas-James. Other survivors are 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 4-6 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 19, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m., on Monday Nov. 20, at Calvary Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow at 10 a.m., at the church. The interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
All funeral arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home, 774-1464.
