Nov. 28, 2006 – The St. Thomas-St. John Chapter of Sigma Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. seeks interested vendors of locally made arts and crafts to take part in their 11th Annual Kwanzaa Celebration. It will be held on Dec. 26, at the Frank A. Powell Park in Cruz Bay, St. John. The registration fee is $25.
