July 6, 2007 – Rosemary Bishop died on July 3, at the age of 80. She was raised in Long Island, New York, and moved to St.Croix in 1954, where she worked for over 20 years as a registered nurse.
She is survived by sons: Michael, Brian, Donald, Mark and Jack; and daughters: Clare Goldberg and Eileen Des Jardins. She is also survived by grandchildren: Nathan and Benjamin Bishop; Christopher, Jonathan and Molly Bishop; Ruby and Nicholas Des Jardins; Charlie, Sam and Jack Goldberg; Diamond, Cory, Carisma and Serena Bishop; Allison, Laura, Kimberly and Hannah Bishop; Katherine and Julian Bishop; and four great grandchildren: Lucia, Necha, Saba and Leilani Bishop.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Monday, July 9, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Christiansted. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
