What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

Aug. 7, 2007 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 12. This Sunday we will feature music by Jimmy Rogers, Lea, Tanglefoot, Jim Croce, Mary Stuart, Buck Owens and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is "Blues, Blues, Blues" from the Jimmy Rogers All Stars. The great blues guitarist gets help from an all star roster including Stephen Stills, Eric Clapton, Taj Mahal, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and others.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "Great Big World" by an exciting young singer-songwriter, who goes by the name Lea.
We play new music from the Subdudes, Tanglefoot, Bill Wence, Raul Malo, Adrienne Young and more.
We include music from Bernard Allison, Marty Stuart, Jackie Wilson, Jim Croce and more.
We celebrate the birthdays of Mark Knopfler, Porter Wagoner, Suzanne Vega, Peter Ostroushko, and Buck Owens. We remember blues artist Luther Allison and Eddie McGlothlin of the Country Gentlemen on the anniversary of their deaths.
