Aug. 14, 2007 – Stenfor Stanley James of Estate Whim died on Aug. 12, at his residence. He was 81 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Racheal James; daughter, Irene Maria James dePeña; son, Denis Stanley James; grandchildren: Joseph Watte Jr., Gena Johnson, Maria Peña de Rosa, and Pedro, Irael and Daniel Peña; and great grandchildren: Shirian Watts, Desserae, Jonah Smith, Roland and Leona Richardson, Jaun Carlos, and Iban and Karim Rosa. He is also survived by sisters: Ina James and Melda Mathew; brother: Jerome Garding; step-daughters: Bernadine Bailey, Hilda Ramos, Efain Ramos, Jose Morales, Tony Marshal and Carmen Gusman; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 10-11 a.m., on Friday, Aug. 17, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
