Getting Out the Word on the Constitution

Dear Source:
I see Paul Devine trying with diligence, articulateness and increasing frustration to generate public interest in the constitutional process. The evening news probably reaches more time-strapped Virgin Islanders than any other single medium; a convention delegate could be designated as the TV rep to tape a two-minute 'spot' to run on TV 2 and Channel 8 every weeknight, letting us know as simply and engagingly as possible what the 'issues of the day' are, and where and when the next meetings will be. People may eventually get used to looking for these 'spots' just as they do the weather or sports.
