The Environmental Association of St. Thomas-St. John will be holding an exploratory hike of Neltjeberg Gut. It will start at sea level and wind its way nearly 400 ft. up the hill. The abundance of flora and fauna and the geology are amazing. Hikers will meet at 8 a.m., on Sunday, April 13, at the North Side fire station.
Hikers are advised to wear hiking shoes (preferably with closed toes) and to bring water and a snack. The cost of the hike is $5 for E.A.S.T. members and $10 for non-members.
