HOPE Inc. will hold its “Wear Red Affair” at 7 p.m., on Sunday, June 29, at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Beach Resort. The event will feature a very special guest, Sheryl Lee Ralph. The film, television and Broadway actress will perform her one-woman show “Sometimes I Cry.” The play was written by Ms. Ralph and was inspired by the real life stories of women infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Proceeds from this event will be used to assist Virgin Islanders who are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, which continues to be one of the most debilitating, chronic diseases affecting the community.
Tickets include a performance by Sheryl Lee Ralph, hors’douvres and drinks. Food and additional beverages can be ordered through the hotel at additional costs.
