Salt-Gallery.com has scheduled a number of events for 2009. "Figuring the Figure" is a group show featuring oil paintings by San Francisco-based Swede Christopher Jernberg and Orange County, California 's Ron Kenedi. It also features sculpture and drawings by Mike Walsh, ceramic sculpture by Mandy Thody and watercolor paintings by Luca Gasperi, all from St. Croix. The exhibit will open on Friday, April 3, at Walsh Metal Works Gallery, 14AB Peters Rest, St. Croix.
The exhibit will focus on figurative art in a variety of media intended as a juxtaposition of styles and cultures.
