Jason O. Francis Sr. Dead at 35/Funeral Date Changed

Jason O. Francis Sr. Jason O. Francis Sr. of Estate Humbug died on May 27, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 35 years old.

He is survived by his mother, Hildred L. Francis; daughter, Naomi C. Francis; son, Jason O. Francis Jr.; fiancé, Suzette Jones; brothers: Alphonse and William Fitzroy, Everton Ike Blackman, Kenneth Bumba and Stephen Kuff Francis Sr.; sister, Yvonne Blackman Queeley-Isles; sister-in-law and godmother, Verna Blackman; brother-in-law, Charles Isles Sr.; nieces: Andrea Francis-Drew, Karlene Henry, Okesiha Isles, Kareema Gaskin, Kenesia, Keneala, Shakenla, Kemisha, Azara, Peaches and Kristal Francis; and nephews: Courtney Francis, Karl II and Kleon Gaskin, Charles Jr., Sheldon, Randall and Dexter Isles, Stephen Jr., Sheriff and Dishawn Francis. He is also survived by great nieces: Kadiann and Katina Gaskin, Kyla Henry, Kleshelle Gaskin, Kiara Henry, Aliana Beaupierre, Ra’Niiya, Ca’dejsha and Ahmayra Isles; great nephews: Glenn and Gerard Thomas, Shaimel Francis, Karl Gaskin III and Kanif Wathey; aunts: Lorraine Ottley, Myrtle Grant and Cecily Francis, Ursula, Veronica, Dorine and Theresa Queeley; uncles: Answorth and Cedric Francis, Kenneth Merchant, Bernett Stancliff and Walford Queeley.
Other survivors include special friends: Irma Anderson and family, Theodore Jones and family, Pamela Narinesingh and family, Pastor Daniel Polidore and the congregation, Ethlyn Matthew, Vernon Drew, Sherrill Woodley, Francis Gustave Jr. and family, Melissa and Malique and family, Adrian Phillip and family, Patrick Richards and family, Mr. Brown and family, Janell Boodoosingh and family, WSVI TV and family, Gaskin, McMahon & Stancliffe families, Daren Boogle Steven Sr. and family, Pamela Sweeney and family; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The family requests that anyone attending the funeral please wear festive and joyous colors.
A viewing will now take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, at the Original Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
