Vernon Patrick Tyson of Estate La Reine died on Aug. 9. He was 49 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Janice Hendrickson Tyson; mother, Agnes Tyson; father, Cedric Tyson; daughter, Jenesis Tyson; son, Revaughn Tyson; grandchild, Chenoa Tyson; sister, Angela Tyson Floyd; and brothers: Nigel, Elston, Terrence and Cedric Tyson. He is also survived by daughter-in-law, Migdalia Tyson; sisters-in-law: Robin De Metz, Darline, Lorie and Vallerie Tyson; brothers-in-law: Rudolph, Ken, Dale Hendrickson and John Floyd; nieces: Nicole, Nile, Alexis, Tayler and Terin; nephews: Cedric, Trey and Sean; uncle, Walford Galloway; aunts: Beryl Carter, Louisa Sweeny and Doris Parris; cousins and other relatives: Sheryl Farrel, Vallerie Harris, Dawn Gordon, David Sweeny, Judith N’Galla, Clayton Southwell, Lindsy Brooks, Janice, Vielda, Betty and Shirley; special friend, Acelyn Morton; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 1 p.m. and a funeral service at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 16, at the Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witnesses. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
