V.I. RC&D Seeks Volunteers to Maintain Estate Adventure Nature Trail

The Virgin Islands Resource Conservation & Development Council Inc. (V.I. RC&D) is seeking volunteers to help complete construction of an outdoor education pavilion at the Estate Adventure Nature Trail and to clear brush around newly-planted trees adjacent to the Gut Restoration site. Volunteers are asked to participate from 7-11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 28, and help enhance and maintain this wonderful community resource.

All students seeking community service hours, teachers, hikers, birders, ecologists, researchers and St. Croix nature lovers who want to help are welcome. Please bring gloves and wear clothing suitable for working in the bush. Water, snacks and tools will be provided.
