Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers is asking your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.
St. Croix: On May 5, 2005 at about 1 p.m., at a bank in the Estate Diamond area of Sunny Isles, 67-year-old businessman Winston "Reds" Francis of Estate Profit was shot and robbed by two males as he was walking to his vehicle in the parking lot. Francis died two days later. The two killers were armed males, wearing masks and dark clothing. Tell us what you remember from that day in 2005. The minimum reward for an arrest is $1,250.
St. John: Between Aug. 29 at 4 p.m. and Sept. 1 at 9:40 a.m., a van owned by Dr. Cool Air Conditioning and Refrigeration was broken into while parked in the Bureau of Motor Vehicles lot. Stolen from the van were a Craftsman electric drill, a refrigerant recovery machine and a vacuum pump. The minimum reward for an arrest is $700 plus 10 percent of the value of any property recovered.
St. Thomas: On Aug. 27 at 12:59 a.m., police responded to an armed robbery in Pillsbury Heights West in Smith Bay. The victim, Steve Francis, indicated he was approached by three armed males who attempted to rob him in his driveway. A neighbor saw what was happening and intervened by firing his licensed firearm at the suspects, one of whom may have been struck. Help identify these armed thugs. The minimum cash reward for an arrest is $900.
