The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority has announced the temporary relocation of the St. John Customer Service Office to “The Marketplace” at Enighed No. 4A, Suite 305B, on the second floor next door to PGU Insurance Services. The office will be open for business at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, according to a press release from V.I. Water and Power Authority. For the convenience of St. John customers, WAPA’s customer representatives will offer full services at the temporary location. The telephone number remains the same: 776-6446.
The temporary location in “The Marketplace” is ADA compliant and easily accessible to customers who prefer to enter by elevator. WAPA appreciates the understanding of St. John customers while repairs are completed at the permanent office located in the Lumber Yard complex.
