The Heal a Woman to Heal a Nation Inc. Conference (“Releasing to Renew”) will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday, Nov. 19-21, at Hotel on the Cay, St. Croix. Admission is $15 for teen girls (13-16) and $35 for others. The conference will provide participants with lunch, a basic yoga session, informational sessions on health and wellness, and women’s empowerment sessions. There will be a sisters-only drum circle, great prizes, and women will have a great opportunity to network.
The organization’s goal is to reach women and families through education, physical and mental health, and economic and self-empowerment.
