Lt. Gov. Osbert Potter will be leaving the territory March 22 to attend the National Lieutenant Governor’s Association Federal-State Relations Meeting in Washington, D.C. NLGA conducts a Federal-State Relations Meeting annually in Washington, DC, in March. Participants meet with members of congress and the administration to enhance intergovernmental relations. Topics focus on federal work which will impact states and U.S. territories.
In accordance with the Revised Organic Act, Senate President Neville James will serve as Acting Lieutenant Governor. Potter will return to the territory on March 26.
