The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) will be re-opening the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) tenant-based waiting list, at 9 a.m., Monday, Oct. 3.
Applications will be accepted between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays. Applications will be available on St. Croix at the VIHA Central Office located in Aureo Diaz Heights and in the St. Thomas-St. John District at the VIHA Central Office Annex located in the Oswald Harris Court Community.
