Remembrance Day for Murdered Victims Ceremony Planned; Venue and Time Changed

Family Resource Center Inc. (FRC) and the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Council (DVSAC) invites the public to its National Remembrance Day for Murdered Victims. FRC provides no-cost services to victims of violence in the St. Thomas-St. John-Water Island area. There will be a ceremony to honor loved ones lost to violence.
Participants will release 50 roses (so far) in their memory, one for each victim. All are welcome to participate.
The event will take place at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 25, at Emancipation Garden.
