The new officers are Pash Daswani, president; Inderjit Singh, vice president (Cultural Affairs); Navin Sakhrani, vice president; Ashok Lalwani, treasurer; and Giresh Mirpuri, secretary.

“The slate that was elected I believe will carry on the legacy and passion of our recently passed past president, Mulo Alwani, and those that came before us in ensuring that our members are active and engaged in their home and the community,” said President Daswani, who has served as vice president of the organization since 2002 as well as interim president.

“There are tremendous activities and causes in Virgin Islands, and it is our intent to make sure that we build and share traditions to continue to make our home and quality of life the best that it can be for all,” said Daswani.
